“Bokeh”, is from Japanese derivation. It refers to the parts of a picture that are out of focus, specifically, the background areas. Some lenses are noted for certain characteristics of their bokeh.
This is all so fascinating, in fact after I get my cataract surgery I might go back to using my old Canon instead of just my cell phone camera.
Which model Canon?
I have an EOS Rebel T3. I stopped using it as my eyesight got worse but since cataract surgery can restore 20/20 vision I could possibly try again.
