An Argus C3! I haven’t seen one of those in years. A basic camera that many of my friends cut their teeth on. I don’t remember having one myself.

35mm full-frame, fully adjustable, manual focus.

Want one? I will give it to you. Free. Gratis. Just don’t unfriend me for disliking Argus cameras! So why do I have it? That’s another story. Like the typewriters. 🙄🤪

Darin it didn't have a shoe for the flash. those holes on the side is where you plugged the flash in. Pre shoe.

This camera taught me photography. I had a little handheld meter and the the film package insert. It used flash bulbs. I loved the brick. Thank you for the memories.

You’re welcome, Richard. Oddly, this model has the holes that would indicate the capability for a flash, but it doesn’t have the shoe for the flash attachment. By the way, did you ever need to use your brick to fend off hooligans?

This looks very much like a camera my grandfather used to have when I was a child.

It's very possible, millions of these cameras were made.

Argus is not my favorite camera, but I would not hold it against you if you didn’t like them.
