Great photos! The big leaf looks like a hosta - there are many varities.

Beautiful images and although I generally prefer the color versions, I think the B&Ws are wonderful too. I honestly don’t miss seeing a color version of the last photo, which is my favorite.

The only shot I prefer in color is #4, and that's because of the change in the shade of green. The framing on all of these images is quite lovely!

Lovely shapes and textures. Like you, as much as the colour versions are great, the b+w appeal to me more. That last shot is fab.

The two plants you reference are ones that highlighted my visits to NYC Parks Gardens.

I believe the one you're not sure of is possibly Hydrangeas

That huge green petaled leaf grabbed my immediate attention and took me back a few years when I came upon the same in Central Park's preeminent Garden--Conservatory Garden.

Plants are awesome photo subjects.
