I’m publishing this Substack mostly because I need the practice writing on a regular basis. Most of my creative endeavors have revolved around photography and videography, but I have ideas that must be written down, hence this publication. publication archives.

While this Substack will be, mostly, about my photography, I might venture outside of those lines occasionally. I will sometimes talk about the techniques that I employ, but I tend to shy away from discussions of gear. In my opinion, photographers get too hung up on gear and forget what it takes to actually shoot.

Don’t Make This Place A Sewer

I no longer have any social media accounts, and do not care to go back. I see troubling elements of the sewer spilling over the ramparts and I will not abide such filth here.
